6. Makes sure that all food items stored correctly.
7. Ensures that all the kitchen equipment is in good working order and reports any faults or damage to supervisor.
8. Attends all scheduled training at his, her level.
9. Maintains a safe and secure working environment.
10. Initiates action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervise/managers of potential danger.
11. Adheres and ensures that all policies and procedures, and Staff handbook regulations are abided by.
12. Deals effectively with guests and workplace associates using Guest Feedback Log Book at all times.
1. Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with hotel colleagues.
2. Performs any additional duties as directed by the superiors. Hotel management reserves rights to transfer or assign you to any department or positions needed.
3. Makes appropriate suggestions and recommendations to supervisors for the general improvement of the hotel.
4. Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
5. Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.
